Facial Recognition technology is NOT biased! How the technology is implemented and leveraged can certainly be biased though.
Many of the same issues flare up when the general public is introduced to "new" technology, most notably the general public's extreme dislike for change. Take Google Glass, for example.
AR is the future, please just accept that people. If you're not inside your home, you are being recorded, so why does it bother you that someone wearing glasses may also be recording? Get over yourself, you're in public.
