Media Player Classic Home Cinema (MPC-HC) project has been revived, thankfully.  My personal Go-To video player as it uses the Libav libraries AND DirectShow.  Use the 32-bit (x86) version if you'd like to leverage proprietary codecs/DirectShow filters in MPC-HC.

This ZIP file contains an old copy of Microsoft's GraphEdit from 2010, along with the required DLL file and a brief README on how to install.
