CamSort version 1.5, developed by Jimmy Schroering, has been officially released. CamSort is an application that was designed for demultiplexing surveillance video. It is an easy to use application that will generate quick and accurate results. Updates/fixes in this version include:
- Deinterlace support.
- Support for multiple interpolation modes (bicubic, bilinear, nearest neighbor, no resizing).
- Selectable field order.
- Option to swap the field order after video is deinterlaced.
- Standard AVI support (if it opens in QuickTime, you can use it in CamSort)
- TIFF sequence export option.
- Export multiple videos/sequences with different settings (i.e. one resized, one non-resized).
- Improved reporting (options to include case number, match totals, match data, and manual adjustments).
- Improved comparison speed slightly.
- Corrected About screen to display website address correctly.
- Several other small bug fixes.
